We have a long history of visiting Nepal and still visit each year. We started Sano Bazaar using our experience of working with Nepalese craftsmen.

We work closely with all of our suppliers to ensure that our designs are unique to Sano Bazaar and that the quality of our products is of the highest standard. Our suppliers are either fair traded organisations or small family businesses who over the years have become friends. When visiting Nepal we also spend time searching out new designs and products so our stock is always changing.

Nepal, unlike some Asian countries, has a strict policy against children working in factories.

We are committed to providing financial support for health care of a small village not far from Kathmandu in conjunction with the Lions Club of Nepal.
